My interest in the case led eventually to my writing a book on the case, titled: "What Really Happened to Madeleine McCann? - 60 reasons which suggest she was not abducted". I am sure Madeleine wasn't abducted, but none of us can be sure exactly what did really happen. I have never said the parents 'killed' Madeleine, but either by what they did do, or didn't do, she died. Perhaps she was over-sedated. Perhaps, as the original detective in the case believes, she had some kind of accident. Whatever did happen, the sheer number of contradictions, changes of story and obfuscations we have heard from the McCanns and their friends tell us one thing - they are not telling the truth. They are hiding the truth. And then of course there is the evidence of the cadaver dogs, locating that a corpse had been in the McCanns' apartment, their hired car, and on their clothes and items. That corpse could only have been Madeleine McCann
