Hi Sasha, my housing office all bar said i was abusing my children too, tried to make out i was locking them in the bedroom - even though i explained the lock was there as door and frame were so poorly fitting the cat kept pawing it open and sleeping on the kids beds!
I've just exhausted my HA complaints procedure on another matter concerning refusal to carry out obligatory repairs, bullying and unsolicited visits. I'm now taking the matter to Housing Ombudsman and other interested parties.
I too would like to wish Ms Hossack good luck.
