It could be among the withheld statements, however, I had to ID someone who stole my wallet containing £150 many years ago, I did ID the right perpetrator from 10 men but never signed anything. It went to court where I again had to identify him, but again never signed anything. [He needed the cash to buy drus, of course]
DEAR MR BENNETT, AS A UNQUALIFIED, PISS POOR EX SOLICITOR I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT EVEN YOU WOULD BE SO TRUTHFUL AS TO PUT THAT POLICE TAKE WRITTEN STATEMENTS OFF PEOPLE WHO ID A PERSON IN AN ID PARADE. FOR THEM NOT TO IS AGAINST THE LAW OF THE LAND AND ANY SOLICITOR WOULD PICK UP ON THIS STRAIGHT AWAY AND COMPLAIN TO THE POLICE AND COURTS ABOUT IT. IN COURT YOU DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING AS YOU ARE UNDER OATH.
WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO PUT FALSE STATEMENTS INTO THE PUBLIC ARENA?
